All customers must input accurate shipping information within the order placement process. We are not responsible for any packages lost due to an incorrect address input or due to an address that is not found.

We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier.

Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address WILL NOT be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please note actual delivery time are subject to your courier service and weather conditions.

Once your payment is verified, we can take up to 2-3 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays.  All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. 

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
